DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION

• Ensure the Security of Personnel, Assets and flows in Site.
• Assists and advises the General Manager in all Security matters and issues.
• Ensure the Global Security Plan inside the Site.
• Ensure the anticipation and management of the Security issues concerning the Site.
• The Security Manager is responsible to organize, lead and manage the Security department to provide comprehensive security support to the Site.
2. - TASKS & ORGANISATION

-Ensure prevention, anticipation of risks, threats and issues with local information and intelligence connections,
-Keep a weekly log of « threat intelligence » for the zone,
-Organize, coordinate and plan security resources, including but not limited to escort planning,
-Prevent from fraud, corruption, theft, trafficking, malicious acts,
-Survey and control the drafting emergency response plan & evacuation plan,
-Survey and control the drafting of Security Plans & Standard Operating procedures and keep up to date,
-Draft information literature: notes, handbook, and reminders.
-Draft instructions and procedures (for sites, itineraries, etc.)
-Keep a weekly report.
-Supervise interface between security Management and Local forces.
-Ensure that the permanent localization of expatriate workers is safe and secure.
