• Interline Accountant in Revenue Dept. Responsible for:
• Studying the SPA and Code Share agreements in terms of renewal, expiry and financial terms related to the agreement and ensuring their application and inclusion as inputs to the financial system.
• Manage Ticket proration through revenue accounting system in accordance with Prorate Manual, and/or Special Prorate Agreements.
• Manage Interline Billing and Rejection Memo in accordance with IATA rules.
• Initiating and responding to correspondence at the specific times set by the IATA.
• Commitment to applying the rules of IATA in general according to Revenue Accounting Manual rules (RAM).
• Provide data analysis support for Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Senior accountant in banks accounts dept. Responsibilities:
• Follow-up with Egyptair external offices to pay obligations abroad, and make the necessary reports for payments and incoming transfers.
• Follow-up transfers from ICCS ( IATA Currency Clearance Service ) and make necessary Journal entries in banks GL accounts.
• Presenting reports to the financial manager related to Obligations and Inward funds and discussing the best visualization of the daily and weekly financial situation.
• Negotiating with banks to obtain the best banking services (Cash Collections, Transfers, Charges, Interest, etc.) and handling any problems the company faces with the bank in a way that achieves the benefit of work.
• Assist with month-end closing.
• Accountant in banks accounts dept. Responsibilities:
• Preparing a daily financial position report for local and foreign currencies.
• Preparing monthly and annually reports of the actual cash flows (in & out).
• Organizing transfers and payment of all obligations (suppliers, taxes, payrolls, etc.) on the due date.
• Follow up daily inward transfers and Deposits from Egyptair Internal Offices, Internet Sales, BSP.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and make required journal entries.
• Daily follow-up bank statements and balances.
• Follow-up of long-term loan balances, credit facilities, debit interest and loan instalments on time and calculating credit interests on accounts and deposits.
• Junior accountant in Life-Trade Egypt Co. (pharmaceuticals, medical equipment). Responsibilities:
• Manage all accounting transactions.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly Bank reconciliations.
• Follow up with Petty Cash.
• Monitoring the Treasury and recording all incoming and outgoing cash daily.
• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Create sales invoices on the system and making required journal entries.
• Receiving, processing, and verifying invoices related to accounts payable.
• Preparing periodic tax reports.
• Issuing and following-up on letters of guarantee LG and make required journal entries.
