Senior System Engineer Worked on tuning SAMREF network performance including monitoring, and data analysis. Five CISCO routers, one Netduilder and 20 switches were monitored and analysed. As a result more than one solution were submitted to management for decision. Implemented solution 2 for phase 1. then Solution 3 was implemented just before SAP/R3 Project. Designed, Installed and configured the following applications: MS SQL 7, 2000, SMS Management 1.5 & 2.0, ISA Proxy 2003, 2005, MOM Server, Sharepoint Servers 2001, 2003, 2007, Helpdesk System, Network System Management System. Handled higher Tier level support.
