1-Infrastructure project for phase one of the Central Development Area (Rua al Madinah) package 7.
2- Haram Ring Road package 6.
Main tasks:
-Reviewing Contract documents (drawings, Contract Conditions, BOQ & Specification) to make sure that its compliance/comprehensive. For all Mechanical Systems (HVAC System-Utility Culverts Network-Chilled Water Network-Tunnel Firefighting system(Deluge system)-Tunnel ventilation system-Irrigation and TSE Supply Networks- Greywater Network-Treated Greywater Network)
-Assist Project Manager by summarized all correspondences and Minutes of Meetings for all Project Stakeholder.
-Prepare the weekly and monthly progress report as directed by the Project Manager.
-Updating and editing project time schedule on MS project based on work progress.
-Participate in progress, technical and coordination meetings as required.
-Review the as - built Drawings for the existing Wet Utilities (Sewage Network-Storm water network-Water Network-Utility Disposition).

3-Madinah Haram Expansion, Saudi Arabia. Master plan preparation and detailed design (under BIM management) for the expansion of the Prophet's Mosque and its piazzas in Madinah to increase their overall capacity to over 1, 600, 000 worshipers. The project comprises 4, 740, 000 m2 of new praying areas, addition of a second floor on top of King Fahd's existing extension (Second Saudi Extension) with a total area of 211, 000, m2 and the construction of a new expansion building with a total area of 2, 490, 000 m2. Works also include a Central Utility Complex (CUC) with all required electromechanical installations; infrastructure utility networks; solid waste management system; toilet and ablution facilities; parking areas and access roads; security, low-current and telecommunication systems; and extensive landscaping.
Main tasks:
- Performs quality control and ensures that the works are carried out in accordance with the Contract & Specification requirements.
-Reviewing / studying of shop drawings, material submittals, RFI’s and method statement to make sure that the implementation done by the Contractor in accordance with the changes that have occurred by the client's requirements.
-Inspect all the Plumping, Firefighting and HVAC works and issue site instructions & Nonconformance reports (NCR) as deemed necessary.
-Participate in technical and coordination meetings as required.
-Coordinate with the other trades engineers.

-Performs quality control and ensures that the works are carried out in accordance with the Contract & Specification requirements.
-Inspect all the Plumping, LPG system, Swimming pool and HVAC works and issue site instructions & Non conformance reports(NCR) as deemed necessary.
-Revising shop drawings, material submittals and Method statement to make sure that it's complying with the specification.
-Issues instructions to the Contractor to ensure the proper execution and control of the work.
-Perform a variety of tests to assure workmanship and materials meet the required standards.
-Provide input to the monthly progress report as directed by the Resident Engineer.
-Participate in progress, technical and coordination meetings as required.

-Prior to issuance of the Taking-Over Certificate (TOC), Witness the tests performed by the contractor and prepare the list of outstanding works.
-Compile pertinent documentation to be issued with the Taking-Over Certificate.
