Responsible for project controlling (planning, cost control, contract adminstration &
claim analysis) for 4 mega projects as a consultant:
1. Heinz Factory in Cairo
2. Edita Factory in Cairo.
3. Henkel Factory in Cairo
4. Waad Al-Shamal water treatment plant & underground piping in KSA
Working as a construction scheduler (overseas/work from Cairo) for Apex Building Group located in
NYC, USA.
responsible for creating master time schedule for 5 projects & updating their progress:

- UHO Interim Controls
- Stardom Hall
- Harlem West IV
Also responsible for creating time schedules for the following projects:

Construction Planning Engineer In NEW GIZA UNIVERSITY Project, responsible for
creating baseline time schedule, updating progress (with monthly & bi-weekly reports)
and creating EOT Claims.
Construction Planning Engineer/Scheduler in SECON NILE TOWERS Project,
responsible for planning, progress updating (with monthly & bi-weekly reports), EOT
claims, logs and internal & external reports.
Also participated in executing the baseline schedule for a project of multiple clusters of
buildings in SODIC WEST TOWN.
I was the planning engineer/scheduler responsible for all projects' time schedules,
updating progress and cost analysis (Tender & Ongoing Projects)
I worked on 4 main projects:
1. CIB main branch in Smart Village (Sustainable Smart Building) (Creating time
schedule)
2. Development & Repair of Military Intelligence Agency Headquarters (Progress
update & Cost Analysis)
3. Taxes Hospital (Creating time schedule & updating progress)
4. ADIB branch in Garden City (creating time schedule, updating progress)
Site Consultant Engineer in Cairo - Alex Desert Road Renewal Project.
Responsible for Monitoring Orascom - OCI (The Contractor) work in terms of quality and
time management.
