Resignation & Termination

• Handling Resignation of the employees, and negotiating with them on the reason.
• Conducting Exit interviews.
• Approvals on Resignations according to Kuwait labor law.
• Handling termination of the employees.
• Conducting investigations about irregularities.
• Approvals on Terminations according to Kuwait labor law.
• Informing the concerned departments with the final decision on Resignations & Terminations to follow up his final settlements & Transferring visa.

Evaluations & Probation Period

• Following up employees performance, and managers staff evaluations.
• Tracking probation period of the employees.
• Review all evaluations during probation period, action required (if the employee has bad performance during 100 days of probation period starting the process of termination, if the employee has good evaluation and high performance starting the process of confirmation and congratulation letter for the employee).

Vacations & annual leaves

• Handling all kind of vacations and leaves for employees according to Kuwait labor law.
• Approve annual leaves after study balance of the employee and his right to take a leave.
• Coordinating with concerned departments (Payroll - AGA) to calculate annual leave money and to arrange renewal residency if required.
• Coordinating with operations department and getting full image of company seasons during the year and maintaining the allowed months for vacations and blocked months.

Business Trip

• Handling employee’s business trip around the world.
• Preparing travel expensive according to company policy.
• Arranging with the concerned department for booking travel ticket.

Maintain HR System & Employees Files

• Handling and supervise HR system of the department.
• Making sure all employees information are updated.
• Making sure all employees files are updated with all required documents.

Disciplinary Actions

• Receiving all employees’ problem and violations.
• Conducting investigation for every violation happened.
• Prepare reports for the management, with each case of violation with the legal action must taken.
• Conducting warning letters according to the investigation and reports.

Staff on Boarding

• Receiving all new joiners from Recruitment department.
• Arrange all necessary requirements for the new employee (Finger print, Email, sale code, uniform, office desk, computer, Stationery).
• Coordinating with Payroll & AGA departments to start their process of put his name on the salaries and to transfer his residency.

Health Insurance

• Include employees in the company health insurance according to their Job offers.
• Following up with the insurance company and get the necessary approval for the invoices.

Staff Head Count

• Handling staff list and update head count for each store.
• Conduct reports with extra or missing staff.
• Coordinating with operations department and recruitment department on staff transferring between the stores.
• Provide Payroll and AGA departments with all employees’ changes and movements.

Clearance & Final Settlement

• Following up with accounting department on employee’s final settlement.
• Sign employees on clearance form with their final settlement.
• Send employee’s final settlement to the bank after signed.
• Taking possession for safe custody of company issued items such as mobile phones and mobile sim cards and laptops for
Resignation / Termination.
