Duties performed:
• Having the duty of updating the customers about the status of their shipments through track and trace of each shipment.
• Delivering the shipment to the customers.
• Following up with the inquiries by sending corresponding E-mails to the seniors or supervisors of different shipping departments.
• Receiving shipments from the consignees.
• Preparing related reports and reporting to the seniors.
• Working as call center agent and assistant in the Express Mail Service (EMS) section and Bank. (For 2 hours every working day)
• Helping with data entry, scanning and other administrator duties at the counter and the EMS section.
