• Monitors sales and distribution performance by developing and updating Sales and distribution performance reports to give analysis, indicators and recommendations.
• Tracks competition prices by developing and updating competition/market price changes reports on regular basis to give clear insights about the competition/market price changes and trend.
• Follow up on Daily shipments by establishing communication with logistics department, developing and updating report to ensure consistency of shipments to distributors.
• Monitors sales in/sales out by updating and communicating daily sell in/sell out report to ensure alignment with sales plan and to recommend corrective actions.
• Develop Sales data structure by using ERP system and MS Office applications to ensure availability of sales data in unified and easy to use format.
• Preparing the periodic sales and distribution presentations
• Accountable of daily sales, ensuring the distribution plan is being followed and delis every schedule is being met.
• Daily stock track on warehouses to guarantee stock availability in each area and to allow proper ordering procedures in case of low supply.
• Follow up and keep record of Mixers productivity in each sector and ensure that they are being located in the right places for maximum utilization.
• Responsible for reporting and recording (Churn Customer Analysis) and using the data in planning to lower Churn Rate to lowest level.
• Conduct periodic marketing survey to evaluate the market growth and produce sales plans accordingly.
• Produce monthly sales quality assurance report, which monitor the sales of the product to ensure continuity of distribution
• Generate database for distributors, the database detail each distributor’s volumes and area of supply.
