Managing all construction and installation civil and electromechanically activities for the following:

1. 500KV/ 10 bays GIS switchgear \[EGEMAC XD\]. With 500/220 KV tie transformers.
2. Installations of all 22kV (850 Km) interconnecting cables between the PV and the substations including cable accessories (connections and seal ends).
3. 500 KV overhead transmission line Benban /Nagaa Hamadi (195Km).
4. Support planning of subcontractors activities.
5. Review and monitor subcontractors’ progress.
6. Coordinate between 32 developers and Electrical Egyptian Transmission Company (EETC) for power evacuation planning.
7. Prepare a critical actions report to alert EETC to decisions and corrective actions taken to control the project and to present major control actions and alternatives with mitigation plan.

Representing the EPC contractor (Orascom-OCI) for Module #10 ” 1200 MW 2x2x1” as team leader, managing and supervising all construction activities required to be handed over to Siemens commissioning team:
1. Assigning system construction leaders (mechanical and electrical Eng.).
2. Preparing construction system priorities for commissioning and startup hand over.
3. Supervising all subcontractors construction work (Electromechanically).
4. Supervising subcontractor daily progress activities.
5. Managing daily construction meeting with vendors and subcontractors.
6. Supporting pre-commissioning activities including Hydro test, system flushing, Motors run test, alignments, leak tests, etc..
7. Preparing for chemical cleaning and steam blow commissioning activities activities.
8. Review and approve subcontractor work progress and quality reports.
