• Plan, develop and direct marketing efforts for a particular brand or product
• Manage external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies
• Supervise brand content
• Develop brand standards and usage guideline
• Track consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, consumer research
• Work closely with departments such as sales & production to consult on package and product as it relates to branding
• Monitor and review the installation of the company Website & Social Media pages

• Plan the Tour Guides schedule
• Provide training and motivation for new staff

• Research for different locations that can house the events
• Represent the company in events
