* Daily, monthly & yearly reporting of sales.
* Royalty Payments.
* Controlling cash and credit sales for 200+ stores.
* KPI's of sales mix and product mix.
* Communicating with 10+ Franchiser.
* Follow up chains and stores sales conditions.
* Evaluating marketing promotions.
* Pricing analysis.
* Diverse working with fast food chains, Casual Dining and pastries chains.
* Budgeting of sales by channels.

* Reporting to top management monthly, periodic various reports.
* Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings & analyses.
* Provide reporting & analysis of the results of the division’s performance against historical, budgeted, forecast and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan.
* Maintain other financial reports as needed.
* Supports month end close process as necessary.
