JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR
Purpose: To work as a key member of the Purchasing team to provide support in assuring that
overall purchasing objectives are carried out to meet company requirements. The role
will supervise, coordinate and expedite placement of purchase orders to ensure timely
delivery of material.
Scope: A diverse role, which will work within all areas of supply chain management to achieve
overall business objectives.
The role will ensure all supply chain duties are carried out accurately and provide a
supportive role within the Purchasing Department.
Negotiation - Supplier’s business agreement, additional income and other opportunities
Data Analysis - Sales and margin, supplier’s analysis and space
Management & layout.
Marketing - Manage the promotion, review the promotion result and
collect the market data.
Buying - Promotion deal, negotiate the prices and turnover achievement
Logistic - Optimization of warehouse, monitories the stocks and review of
Excess stocks.
Commercial - Define the margin mix, define the assortment and sourcing
The product.
ERP report, POS report
Specialties: Large retail format (FMCG-Buying & Merchandising, store
operation, new store opening).
