• Manage a team over 70 operations associates, give work tasks and
assignments regularly evaluate employee performance
• Receive and approve weekly timesheets and run bi-monthly payroll
• Meet with other departments monthly to ensure all staff is being
effectively trained and following the SOP.
• Follow up and schedule all drive thru machines maintenance.
• Direct contacting with warehouse, roasting, HR, purchasing,
financial DEP. To improve best quality of customer’s service.
• Developing customer service and ensuring that all needs are met to
meet the needs of customers and increase daily sales.
• Monthly inventory off all drive thru branches.
• Expert in foodics system (reports, menu analysis, sales, waste,
expired……..)
• Quality control of F&B.
• Opening and preparing new branches.
• Providing material & tool needs.
• Follow up sales matters with financial DEP.
• Finding solutions of work challenges
• Placing orders.
• Coffee calibrating.
• Coffee knowledge and taste.
• Receiving and organizing the stock.
• In-charge of training new candidates.
