Marketing lead for Nahdet Misr Publishing House, one of Nahdet Misr Group, accountable for all
marketing activities supporting the organization’s departments;
1- Al Adwaa and GEM: the well-known leading brands for national and language school students.
2- Educational Services: Distribution of a wide range of educational brands such like Cambridge University Press, Scholastic, HMH, Evan Moor, McGraw Hill, ProtectEd, and more mainly targeting the Language National & International schools, Universities, Corporate, and Language Centers.
3- Cultural: Distribution of a wide range of well-known brands such like Disney, National Geographic Kids, DK, Smurfs, and more beside a wide range of local publishing of famous authors like Dr. Khalid Habib, Mostafa Hosney, Isaad Younis and more.
Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities
 Contribute to each Business Unit Strategy Formulation.
 Supervise formulation, Execution, and Evaluation of the marketing Plan per department.
 Develop market intelligence and Internal Reporting systems.
 Ensure that all marketing functions “Digital marketing, PR, Market Research, Product development, and Advertising” are well integrated and aligned to the marketing objectives of each department.
 Plan and execute product lunches and events arrangements.
 Supervise internal and external technical trainings and parent seminars.
 Hiring manager for Brand / Product Managers, Associate, and Marketing Specialists.

Forecasts:
Work with Samsung Electronics Egypt to prepare Purchase forecast in regular basis.
Work internally with Sales and Marketing team to prepare Sales forecasts.

Pricing
Negotiate purchase prices with Samsung.
Define price strategy according to market competition, product positioning, product value, and target channel profits.

Channel Marketing
Work with Samsung to define marketing strategy per business line per SKUs per channel.
Work with Samsung to define and follow up proper customer loyalty programs.
Work internally with Sales and Marketing team to geographically breakdown market channels into OR, IR, Online, and Operators categorization.

Training and Presentation
Presenting new products to existing and potential customers in company seminars, and meetings.
Internally support sales team by providing necessary technical training and documentations.

Stock Management
Managed stocks via PSI reporting system to ensure availability of products and avoiding high stock levels.

Controlling and Appraising
Define business metrics to measure business performance.
Define personalized incentives and motivations for sales team for special SKUs.
Contribute in general appraising process of the company as a commercial lead for assigned business line.

Achievements
 Added new business line (Tablets) to firm’s business by submitting Business Plans to Samsung standing on successful goals achievement in Notebook and Printer business lines.
 Hired and trained an experienced high talented sales force to penetrate smartphone trade market after winning tablet business line which became the corner stone of a sales division selling other brands (Lenovo, and Infinix).
 Successfully drove Samsung business in MAS Egypt and ranked as the best distributor in Egypt from both volume and value perspectives during my rollout period.

By negotiating their pain points and suggesting total solutions, offering proposals and closing deals, after sales support, and supplying machineries, Spare parts, and consumables.

Training and Presentation
Got trained at manufacturers’ premises in Germany, Belgium.
Presenting new products to existing and potential customers through one on one meetings.
Support client’s several teams by necessary training and documentations.

 Winning many bids for paper, inks, consumables, and spare parts for several public and private print houses in Jordan.
