Project to Credit:
• Involved as the main landscape architect in the annual event “Yanbu Flowers Festival” from the initial design stage right through to completion in total of 5 events.
Selected Accomplishments:
• Bestowed with a Guinness world record certificate for participating in the largest carpet of flowers/plants in Yanbu flowers festival
Key Accountabilities:
• Creating inspired spaces that reflect context and event needs along with commitment to sustainability and in alignment with royal commission goals & objectives.
• Performing architectural design and development work for projects; supporting the senior managers and reviewing shop drawings, material submittal, pre-qualifications, RFI, method statements.
• Developing project work plans with breakdowns for each phase and service discipline by assigning skilled technical staff.
• Responsible for the planning and effectively coordinating all project disciplines including contractual, financial and program management.
• Providing full concept through delivery project support and serving as an administrative liaison for O&M contracts for landscaping department.
• Actively participating in creating detailed designs, drawings, specification, resource estimated and timetable as well as negotiating and managing vendor contracts.
• Playing a key role in maintaining and strengthening the design reputation of the Landscape Architecture team

• Aramco Facilities in Yanbu.
Selected Accomplishments:
• Selected to lead projects for Aramco Facilities in Yanbu involving design of new structures and the alteration and maintenance of existing facilities.
• Instrumental in designing a robust and innovative masterplan for Aramco White Sand Beach, Renovation of VIP villas and Development of Aramco Safety Model House.
• Successfully leading the design efforts and prepared creative project presentations. involving in detailed presentation, authority submission, innovative & sustainable designs, concept & space planning, execution drawings & value engineering activities.
• Applied sound knowledge of industry practice and demonstrated commitment to excellence in Design.
Project to Credit:
• Played a key role in transforming space into inviting landscape plans for residential subdivisions and commercial land developments.
Selected Accomplishments:
• Ensured the smooth running of the design process from the initial stage to completion of the project, checked all design parameters including planning regulations, architectural regulations and office CADD standards.
• Handed current, accurate records on each landscape design (conceptual and final) & confirmed to all architectural principles, laws & applications and constantly followed up with drafting personnel, working on production drawings.
• Prepared concepts, design development and graphic illustrations on projects in addition to supporting professional engineers in landscape design and site plan preparation and production.

• Co-worked with landscape design team to prepare master plans/ small area/corridor plans, develop site plans, manage the entitlement processes, and implement improvements.

• Prepared the project drawing in AutoCAD and resolved all design issues in compliance with the organizational guidelines and project requirements.
• Aided the supervisor, project manager and senior-level team member in coordinating all project efforts.
• Provided administrative support to the project by managing support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, site inspections, quality management and internal communication.
