• Follow the movement of the Stock Exchange daily.
• Modeling and periodic reports required by regulatory bodies such as the Egyptian
Stock Exchange and the Financial Supervisory Authority and the General Authority for Investment and on the extent to which the company's commitment to providing the necessary disclosures and the realization of the principle of transparency and credibility to investors.
• Continuous coordination between the company and the official sponsor for the law and avoid a company in irregularities to regulators.

• Care to provide periodic reports to the management towards the position of the company's shares on the Stock Exchange compared to the corresponding shares of companies to take the appropriate decision.
