• Pioneered the process implementation of Risk Based Inspection (RBI) for Storage Tanks in Shell Pakistan which yielded savings for Shell Pakistan.
• Reducing Carbon Emissions via the deployment of Solar Parks, Vapour Recovery Units, Pipelines and Green Building initiatives.
• Investigate Asset Integrity and Process Safety incidents and near-misses; Implement Permit to Work (PTW) and Process Safety procedures, including Management of Change (MOC) procedures and HAZOP evaluations.
• Contributed savings worth 800k USD via Cost Avoidance, Maintenance plan optimization and increased asset availability.
