Job Description :
Handling all engineering / technical / procurement works during project execution phase.

Responsibilities :
 Full study of contractual documents highlighting all technical and commercial points, scope of supply, projects specifications and delivery time in the starting of any project.
 Checking all Data Sheets, P&IDs, GADs, isometrics and 3D models.
 Reviewing all drawings according to design calculations, codes, standards, datasheets and specifications
 Preparing BOM (Bill of Material) and TDC (Technical Delivery Condition) for all materials required in the project.
 Reviewing of all detail drawings, cutting layout and nesting programs.
 Coordinating and following up all engineering correspondences with clients.
 Technical evaluation of sub-vendors offers for raw material sourcing (plates, dished ends, flanges, non-standard forging, pipes, fittings, mist eliminators, bolting, gaskets, isolation kits …etc.) and preparing technical reports.
 Finalizing and obtaining the approval from client/owner for design documents.
 Recommending spare parts required for commissioning and operating of pressure vessels.
 Technical support to the estimating team during bidding stage.
 Technical support to purchasing team to answer all vendor’s technical questionnaire.
 Technical support to fabrication team to answer any clarification and solve any technical problem.
