• Monitoring and implementing applicable human resource standards according to Egyptian labor related law and maintain proper communications with governmental authorities.
• Prepare the annual company manpower plan in cooperation with department’s managers and top management.
• Design, prepare the annual budget of manpower cost for all departments, set the HR budget, monitor and calibrate with actual cost on a regular basis, report variances and recommended corrective actions.
• Oversee and manage personnel activities including employments contracts status, renewals, end of contracts, investigations, leaves, attendance, filling system and maintain data updates on company’s HR system.
• Manage the payroll process (new bank accounts, inputs, effects, outputs, reconciliations, settlements).
• Maintain company staff by establishing an efficient recruiting process including, sourcing, testing, interviewing and selection. Conduct end to end recruitment process, identify turnover reasons through exit interviews, one to one meetings and develop action plan.
• Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by studying, surveying and assessing benefit needs, recommending benefit programs to management and develop benefits policies, obtaining and evaluating benefit contract designing and conducting awareness on benefit programs.
• Create and develop job descriptions, organization charts, HR policies, procedures and ensure matching with company’s business objectives.
• Design the company’s salary structure and conducting periodic salary surveys and job evaluations, recommending, planning, and implementing salary structure reviews.
• Maintain healthy work environment through employees’ involvement in organizational objectives setting, team building activities, using transparent and direct communication channels, resolve employee relations issues, mediate employee grievances to avoid separation/legal issues.

• Develop plans and oversee a comprehensive personnel program including all aspects of development and maintenance of equal employment opportunity, employment procedures; processing personnel actions including new hires, transfers, promotions, position classification and/or salary changes;; labor relations; benefits administration; evaluations; leaves of absence; resignations, retirements, terminations, and various other personnel-related actions.
• Develops, recommends and supervise the implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintains function records and reports.
• Communicates changes in the organization’s personnel policies and procedures to ensure proper compliance is followed.
• Ensure compliance with all existing governmental and labor requirements.
• Manage all employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinarians, grievances, and sickness.
• Supervise all personnel programs such as life and medical insurance, pension plans, vacations, sick leave, and any employee assistance.
• Managing, supervising and representing all personnel related issues including the following :
Investigations, Access cards, Work Permit, Archiving, Termination & release, and Contracting
• Ensure personnel legal policies are well implemented within the organization based on company guideline and policy.
• Review & sign all documentation and communication with social insurance office and assures compliance with the legal & government regulations.
• Ensures that all archiving process is set and running according to the policy.
• Audit on the accuracy of new hires data included on HRIS and ensure the system is updated.
• Oversee all the activities of own team to ensure high-performance levels and efficient implementation.
• Responsible for setting the team objectives in correlation with the department objectives, provide coaching and action plans required to achieve objectives.

• Manage employee files to make sure all hiring documents are complete & in compliance with labor law.
• Organize & maintain all required employee information to maintain an effective employee’s database.
• Prepare contracts of employment and authorizations to payroll,
• Track any required employment contracts renewal.
• Communicate with the governmental authorities regarding all needed forms, reports and statistics.
• Handle work permits for foreign staff
• Keeping a track of the employees' attendance, Produce Absent Days/ Late Minutes report on a monthly basis.
• Ensure all leaves’ applications & Leaves’ settlement are processed accurately to keep track & record of vacation balance
• Analyze payroll payments & statistics, Maintains payroll control records and calculations.
• Track turnover ratio and reasons on a monthly basis.
• Handles all employees’ termination procedures and ensures all company and employee’s rights are well preserved.
• Manage all company cars registration and renewal.
• Follows up the procurement and consumption of office premises requirements
• Manage all services providers agreements such as (Water, Electricity, maintenance, security and cleaning company)
• Maintains appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene and appearance according to the company standards
• Support the entire recruitment process starting with posting job on line, Screen CVs, Conducting Interview till Issuing the offer letter.
• Ensure effective implementation of on-boarding process
• Ensure job descriptions are accurately typed and maintained for all designations at all times.
• Coordinating corporate compensation and benefits activities to reduce turnover and enhance company’s profile as best place to work for.
• Prepares required data for the finalization of the HR budget.
• Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested
• Carry out special projects such as salary survey, benefits survey, and required investigations.

• Finalizing the employment contracts and all required agreements

• Coordinate the benefits program for all employees and ensure this is communicated throughout the Complex and to potential employees.
• Ensure the benefits package is competitive through regular benefits surveys with other local hotels.

-Maintains employee-related data bases. Prepares and analysis reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested

-Assists HR project team members with technical issues related to the HRIS system by investigating problems and developing detailed suggestions for resolution of issues.

-Organize and maintain employee information, such as names, addresses, retirement plans, benefits and vacation time.

-Ensure all leave applications/ Leave Balances & Leave settlement are processed accurately

-Produce a report that summarizes the sickness and absence issues in each division / function on a monthly basis and pass to the HR Officer / Senior HR Officer for review and action

-Produce a Turn over report on a monthly basis.

-Produce Absent days/ Late Minutes Report on monthly basis for all Employees.

-Help monitor all kinds of recruitment in the organization and monitor the recruitment database

-Support the entire recruitment process end-to-end to enable selection of quality talent for vacant positions within defined timelines starting with posting the job on line and calling the candidates till Issuing the offer letter.

-Ensure all recruitments are in accordance with recruitment policy

-Performs initial Interview and screening of résumés after comparing it with requirement provided and recommends viable candidates to the line managers, keeping the Interview log updated+
-Performs Exit interviews .

-Ensure timely coordination of interviews with hiring managers involved in the interview and decision-making

-Finalize the job offer after confirming with HR Manager

-Prepare Offer Letters and sending Thank you emails for rejected Candidates

-Ensure effective implementation of on-boarding process and New Employee orientation

-Prepare letters/ certificates requested by employees

-Ensure job descriptions are accurately typed and maintained for all designations at all times.
