Design, Plan, Train and Execute strategies for Software applications and hardware deployment and installation in retail, and service sectors. Analyzing business needs for IT departments and automating organization's internal business workflow.
Manage all software production activities, search and train on new engineering processes and hire candidates. Plus monitoring all related hardware and networks requirement for successful software deployment.
Managing team of 8 developers, 1 analyst, 1 designer, and technical writer, and manage applying the Agile software process to produce some modules in Restaurant, Travel agency and charity organization software.
Teaching Oracle, C#, Rational Rose and Enterprise Architect and Software Engineering.
Business Process Re-engineering and requirement analysis and design using UML and BPR notations for requirements representation for developers.
Test and validate final customer products.

Share in the analysis, design and development of the faculty software (Credit hour system, GPAs and Schedules).
