Responsible for maintaining a client base of high-net-worth clients, generating new leads and converting them into clients of my one-to-one practice with a qualified senior financial consultant. I was nominated as the most valuation CRM of 2013, and promoted to Head of Client relations in Doha, managing a team of client relationship managers.

Working with IT Project management team within Aviva, in charge of monthly and weekly progress reporting of all active projects. Involved in chairing weekly portfolio review meetings, gathering the actions and following up with Project Managing Officers in line with Aviva IT governance procedures to ensure swift delivery of Global IT Services across the business regions worldwide.
Responsible for interacting with HSBC retail customers and providing effective solutions tailored to their individual credit problems. I conduct various administrative duties, including processing customer complaints and auditing customer’s commitments to pay. This position helped me develop key communication, organisational and listening skills, allowing me to be more proactive in difficult situations.
Responsible for display, advertisement and sales of merchandise worth over $45, 000 for the Middle East Promotional Event at US Naval Exchange in Italy. Tasks involved included handling payments, stock-keeping, post-purchase customer service and one-to-one customer interaction. This opportunity allowed me to develop key communication and presentation skills.
