 Product quality level-up by qualifying for international certification (FM approved).
 Supplier quality development.
 Establishing and managing Icon’s Quality laboratory.
 Setting specification and control points for New products (Mineral wool sandwich panel & EPS sandwich panel).
 Export shipments quality certificates management for both internal (COI) and external (COC).

Raw material resin purity or metal sheet test conformation.
 Inj. /press machines parameters audit & adjustment per each model.
 Controlling visual, mechanical and functional specs of product
 Set process and parameters for each different model of product as required.

 Internal VOC management with analysis of root cause and applying preventive actions
 Communicating with different KD business destinations (Turkey, Algera, Tounes, Kenya, South Africa & Nigeria) as VOC investigator and reporter.
