Leading and managing quality team to achieve company’s strategic goals and targets.
Reporting final product quality status (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Mid-Yearly, Yearly).
Managing and Generating quality reports (Quality strategy plan, Raw material & final product inspection reports, Internal Audit check lists, Quality incident reports, Claims investigation report, Calibration reports, SOP’s, Improvements “change management “).
Managing VOC and customer complaint investigation and proper closure with client feedback.
Product quality level-up by qualifying for international certification (FM approved).
Supplier quality development.
Establishing and managing Icon’s Quality laboratory.
Setting specification and control points for New products (Mineral wool sandwich panel & EPS sandwich panel).
Export shipments quality certificates management for both internal (COI) and external (COC).
Raw material resin purity or metal sheet test conformation.
Inj. /press machines parameters audit & adjustment per each model.
Controlling visual, mechanical and functional specs of product
Set process and parameters for each different model of product as required.

Internal VOC management with analysis of root cause and applying preventive actions
Communicating with different KD business destinations (Turkey, Algera, Tounes, Kenya, South Africa & Nigeria) as VOC investigator and reporter.
examine and inspection of incoming material from local, overseas vendors especially mechanical injection plastic parts
