• Monitor material market to be dated with prices movements.
• Submit prices comparison, to have manager instruction.
• Issue the PO(s) for the winner supplier(s)
• Follow supplier executing order at the required delivery date.
• Check the warehouse keeper, to have deliver data for reviewing with opened order.
• Trace quality department to confirm received quantity.
• Receive goods addition to free stock.
• Refer to supplier in case of any rejected quantity.
• Finalize goods rejection status with supplier, either by replaced quantity or deduct from supplier account.
• Monitor stock in case of exceed drawing by factory, to cover any short quickly.
• Maintain stock level as per stock rule by top management.
• Seek to add new supplier beside the existed suppliers.
