Assist our clients in the preparation of provisional and final Zakat and tax declarations including detailed schedules required.
Assist our clients to comply with GAZT’s Zakat and tax guidelines and advice on whys to minimize their Zakat and tax liability.
Timely submission of Tax & Zakat Withholding tax returns and declarations.
Assist our clients with responding to queries raised by the GAZT and liaise with the GAZT with a view of expediting assessments and resolving disputes.

Analyzing proposed transactions for unusual tax risks or undetermined tax benefits; and advising clients on tax-efficient restructurings, and due diligence.
Study the organization's structure in the light of Saudi Arabia tax system and suggesting the most effective tax structure, and advise on the application of Double Tax Treaties where applicable.
Assist the VAT team and clients on the introduction and implementation of VAT in the GCC and wider Middle East region.
Assist other members of the team in working with and delivering advice to clients on local and global VAT issues, including advising on the operation of VAT, transaction analysis, supply chain, business expansion, and mergers and acquisitions.
Assist in the preparation of VAT training presentations aimed at external and internal audiences.
Interpret and apply theoretical knowledge to a practical business solution by utilizing a sound knowledge of basic income tax and corporate law.
