We Used to call American residences in order to offer some medical products and help them how to sign up for them, All American seniors are entitled to receive some medical products that is already covered by their insurance, our job was to qualify those seniors and help them how to receive those products.
Mainly the company was based on outsourcing work from a freelance business website to locals inside Egypt, I was responsible for sending proposals for people posted jobs on the website, I send the proposal and get the deal with the business owner through the website, and outsource the job to a local contractor, it was mainly about graphic design and web design and later on expanded to translation, social media marketing also small call center projects.
We used to serve Vodafone UK customers over the phone, I used to work in the 2nd line technical support, I used to support Blackberries, Iphones, android, technical help for usb modems software and hardware
