• Working on 1000 HP mobile land rig.
• Working on sidetrack project of deep wells.
• Run gauge BHA.
• Run and set Whipstock assembly.
• Run milling BHA (multi mill + water melon mill) and mill window in 6 5/8” casing.
• Sidetrack and deviate the well from the mother bore with directional BHA. Inclination up to 38 deg.
• Run 4 1/2” liner casing with reamer shoe.
• Experience reaming tight hole with liner, high torque and pack off tendency.
• Set liner hanger.
• Run 3 5/8” clean out assembly with 1.9” pipe.
• Drilling formations with partial / total losses, use PBL sub pumping course LCM pills.
• Drilling formations with high risk of differential sticking.
• Stuck pipe recovery experience. Successfully released stuck pipe after reaching TD, JAB 84 well.
• Not reporting any failure or down hole trouble during all my working days in this project.
• Working on 2000 HP land rig.
• Drilling massive salt and anhydrite formation up to 800 m thickness with MW up to 2.2 - 2.28 sg.
• Drilling deep horizontal wells up to 4900 m, 600 to 800 m horizontal section.
• Experience horizontal drilling using agitator and shock sub system.
• Running 20”, 13 3/8”, 9 5/8” casing and 6 5/8” liner.
• Stinger cementing, two stage cementing, Liner cementing.
• Running 4 ½’ outer string, 2 3/8” inner string completion.
• Pad drilling in Gharaf field.
• Working on development drilling campaign in Iraq south region, Majnoon, Zubair and Rumaila fields.
• Drilling deep wells (vertical, deviated J and S profiles) sidetracks, depth range from to 3700 m.
• Drilling directional wells using directional drilling assemblies including PDM’s, power drive.
• Experience drilling formations with risk of partial and total losses.
• Excellent knowledge and awareness of drilling blind formations with total losses.
• Application of hole cleaning practices while drilling shale formations.
• Application of low energy drilling operation (LEDO) procedure established by Schlumberger.
• Experience drilling in H2S environment.
• An excellent knowledge of Iraq south established drilling standards and procedures.
• Run casing of different sizes, 18 5/8”, 13 3/8”, 9 5/8” and 7”.
• Experience using CDS system to run casing strings.
• Installation of Cameron and Breda wellheads.
• Maintain and update well site inventory.
• Plan ahead using 7-day planner.
• Working on an exploration drilling campaign in Hasi Berkine field, remote location, desert environment and green crew.
• Drilling deep vertical wells, depth up to 4700 m.
• Onshore Rigs for drilling and abandonment program.
• Drilling very abrasive sand stone formations.
• Application of turbine and impregnated bit.
• Experience working on stuck pipe recovery.
• Run and cement different casing sizes, 18 5/8”, 13 3/8”, 9 5/8” and 7”.
• Experience in stinger cementing, setting up abandonment cement plugs.
• Installation of conventional slip and lock wellheads.
• Prepare daily drilling report with open well software.
• Follow up and maintain records of well site inventory.
• Plan ahead using 7-day planner.
• Drilling deep wells (vertical, deviated and horizontal) sidetracks, depth up to 3500 m.
• Onshore Rigs for drilling and work over, completion operations.
• Drilling vertical and horizontal wells using WBM and OBM systems.
• Drilling directional wells with Directional assembly including Turbines and Mud Motor PDM’s.
• Experience in directional tools, MWD, LWD, …etc.
• Drilling horizontal well with 800m long horizontal section.
• Experience working on stuck pipe recovery.
• Run and cement different casing sizes, 13 3/8”, 9 5/8” and 7”.
• Experience in stinger cementing, setting up sidetrack and abandonment cement plugs.
• Run & cement 7” and 4 1/2" liners.
• Run 3 ½” & 2 7/8” completion assembly, WLEG, permanent packer, nipples, side pocket mandrels, SSD, TRSSSV, perform all associated tests.
• Supervise slick line operations, drift tubing with deferent sizes of gauge cutters, test completion assembly with FB2 and FWG plugs.
• Perform well clean up with coil tubing unit and nitrogen-lifting operation.
• Installation of conventional flanged wellheads, FMC, Cameron and MSP.
• Installation & test of 3 1/8” and 4 1/16” X-mass trees
• Working on onshore Rigs for drilling and work over, completion operations.
• Drilling & work over vertical and horizontal wells.
• Experience working on stuck pipe recovery.
• In charge of fishing and milling operations.
• Performance auditing on well site.
• Run and cement different casing sizes.
• Drilling directional wells with Directional assembly.
• Daily Monitor drilling operations and prepare daily and final well reports.
• Maintain and update records of drilling tools such as Motors, MWD, bits, jars, down whole completion equipment… etc.
• Prepare daily well cost reports.
• Bit record and bit selection for a fast ROP.
