•My responsibilities includes but not limited to Voice and Network Architecture, Network consulting, understanding the customer needs, describing their needs in brief to be processed as a project .
•Provide as a member of Pre-sales team to work in a variety of complex enterprise environments to assist the sales teams in developing and winning major UC opportunities.
•Provided extensive consulting work to clients, working with them to identify appropriate technologies, design and configure solutions to meet business requirements.
•Understanding technical specifications of new products to be transferred to a complete network design with BOQ, Proposal, Network layouts and Schematics.
•Provided Professional Technical Proposal based on Best Practice and High level Design.
•Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
•Projects Management for Network Projects Life cycle.
•Research new technologies to drive innovation and efficiency throughout the organization.
2. Senior Engineer - Unified Communication; (July 2011→Nov 2014 )
•Implementation Engineer for complete product Suite of Cisco Unified Communication Solutions.
•My responsibilities includes design, implementation, planning and capacity management of large enterprise multi-sitetelephony and video environments.
•Studying Customer Networks, Conducting Site Surveys and providing Post-Sales Service to the customers.
•Provide knowledge transfer and operational documents to the client.
-Providing Post-Sales and technical support Services to our customers.
-Implementing VoIP and IP Telephony solutions.
-Installing and configuring Voice gateways (VX & Quantum).
-Integrating voice gateways with Microsoft OCS 2007 & Lync 2010
