• Supervising team of technicians responsible for installations & implementation
• Testing and troubleshooting the finished product before delivering
• Fix any problems with already existing machines, or to provide updates for any new technological advances in the field.
• Provide onsite engineering support for the client, Technical Specialists and Well Site Supervisors on location throughout all phases of the job
• Perform daily preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment
• Support all WIFI & data network projects
• Travel to different Egyptian governorates to support any technical issues & provide full system support
• Supervising the technicians throughout the installations of the WiMax Antennas to start the software configuration of the link to start up
• Responsible for daily report, records of events and proper database management of all well data.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company.
• Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.
• Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services.
• Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.
