Finance Tasks :
1- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
2- Manage outsourced functions.
3- Oversee the operations of the treasury department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives.
4- Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
5- Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
6- Maintain banking relationships.
7- Assist in determining the company's proper capital structure.
8- Arrange for equity and debt financing.
9- Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.

1.responsible for directing, planning, organizing, and controlling of internal audit work and make recommendation to see that satisfactory internal control (financial, operational and administrative) techniques & systems are in effect through out all company’s operations.
2.collating, checking and analysing spreadsheet data

4.checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable

6.identifying if and where processes are not working as they should and advising on changes to be made

1.Monitoring daily work of accounts department, Controlling purchase and inventory operations.
2. Preparing consolidated balance sheet quarterly .
3.Engage in ongoing cost reduction analysis in all areas of the company
4.Review the performance of competitors and report on key issues to management
5.Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput
6.Participate in target costing activities to create products that meeting predetermined price goals
7.Assist in the determination of product pricing in relation to features offered and competitor pricing
8.Compile key business metrics and report on them to management

- Preparing accounting entries and payment voucher - Bank reconciliation
- Posting accounting vouchers to their subsidiary books and extracting trail balance.

auditing all companies daily journals transactions ( receipt voucher, payment voucher, journal voucher ) , general ledger, analyzing the expenses and revenues, and making financial statements.
