Operations Tasks :
1- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
2- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
3- Manage budgets and forecasts.
4- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
5- Recruit, train and supervise staff.
6- Creating and monitoring projects and teams.
7- Reviewing workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met.
8- Supporting the CEO or executive team’s vision and process ideals.
9- Ensuring staff working on processes are happy and operating efficiently.
10- Supporting all functions of the business to work together.
11- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
12- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
13- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
14- Assesses a variety of situations and provide clarity to team and stakeholders.
Finance Tasks :
1- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
2- Manage outsourced functions.
3- Oversee the operations of the treasury department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives.
4- Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
5- Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
6- Maintain banking relationships.
7- Assist in determining the company's proper capital structure.
8- Arrange for equity and debt financing.
9- Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.
1.responsible for directing, planning, organizing, and controlling of internal audit work and make recommendation to see that satisfactory internal control (financial, operational and administrative) techniques & systems are in effect through out all company’s operations.
2.collating, checking and analysing spreadsheet data
3.examining company accounts and financial control systems
4.checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable
5.ensuring that assets are safeguarded
6.identifying if and where processes are not working as they should and advising on changes to be made
7.preparing reports, commentaries and financial statements
8.liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendations
9.ensuring procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are correctly followed and complied with
1.Monitoring daily work of accounts department, Controlling purchase and inventory operations.
2. Preparing consolidated balance sheet quarterly .
3.Engage in ongoing cost reduction analysis in all areas of the company
4.Review the performance of competitors and report on key issues to management
5.Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput
6.Participate in target costing activities to create products that meeting predetermined price goals
7.Assist in the determination of product pricing in relation to features offered and competitor pricing
8.Compile key business metrics and report on them to management
Carrying out all responsibilities of Chief Of Accounts position, Directing, organizing and managing the finance department in addition to work as head section of accounting courses and accounting program's.
- Preparing accounting entries and payment voucher - Bank reconciliation
- Posting accounting vouchers to their subsidiary books and extracting trail balance.
auditing all companies daily journals transactions ( receipt voucher, payment voucher, journal voucher ) , general ledger, analyzing the expenses and revenues, and making financial statements.
