Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate between the warehouse export and the logistics department to issue the
Packing list for the customer.
• Handle with shipping agent and clearance broker for Import and export procedures.
• Contact the company's external / internal suppliers to get offers & negotiate for best
• Purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, Payment, delivery and service.
• Follow up with suppliers to deliver goods in time.
• Communicate and inform the customer about the readiness and shipping of his material
• Prepare reports for all the export transactions.
• Filling all the export transaction Establish and manages a process to measure and report
suppliers' reliability, in terms of quality, delivery time and flexibility in fulfilling irregular
orders. Reviews and monitors the regularly update of the Preferred Suppliers List.
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
• Monitor production to resolve issues
• Evaluate performance of production workers
• Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
• Ensure output meets quality standards
• Enforce health and safety precautions
• Plan a production schedule for the job
• Prepare and maintain production reports
