• Take charge of overseeing the Quality team within the factory.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with legal regulations for all products, including complete data and accurate labeling.
• Oversee chemical and microbiological laboratories, IPC, and hygiene engineering.
• Manage pest control company activities.
• Serve as a member of the food safety team.
• Conduct root cause analysis for out-of-spec products.
• Responsible for holding and releasing products according to ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Handle inventory and purchasing of tools for quality and hygiene.
• Conduct GMP audits and provide training.
• Responsible for external analysis, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor the control of raw materials and finished products (chemical and microbiological) and track quality KPIs.
• Supervise the sanitation process.
• Oversee chemical and microbiological laboratories, IPC, and hygiene engineering.

• Conducting investigations into out of specification results and product issues.
• Lastly, responsible for planning the monthly and yearly budget for the laboratory.
• Create a Microbiology Laboratory from scratch
• Resolve the issue of Microbiology contamination that occurred with the products
• Maintain the Microbiological safety of the products
