Responsible for responding to customer technical tickets, troubleshoots their websites’ and server’s related issues and follow up with them to make sure that their issues have been resolved.
Responsible for monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, troubleshooting, application enhancements and modifications of web servers running on (RedHat, Centos).
o Responsible for responding to customers’ technical tickets, troubleshooting customers’ websites’ & scripts’ issues and following up with them to make sure that their issues has been resolved or forwarded to the right department.
Attended the nine month IT professional training scholarship in Unix System Administration track sponsored by NTI (National Telecommunication Institute) and Ministry of Communication & Information Technology (MCIT) at New Horizons training centre. (November 2010 –September 2011)
