NOC Service (Network Operations) (12/2012 - present),
Working for ZTE vendor in Atheeb - GO (Operator) Main Project. The project is to service B2B and B2C all over the kingdom Cities.
Project Duties:
• Fault Management: Actively monitoring and troubleshooting the Network Elements including the Base stations and Microwave links Alarms. Also accessing the IP Network of Routers and Switches and Monitoring the Network performance indicators like IGW - Active number of subscribers - Fiber links.
• Follow up and track open Trouble Tickets with all customers (internal and external),
• Checking System Availability, Redundancy and Security, Impalement and approve users’ access privileges.
• The scope of work includes daily - weekly - monthly reporting the Network performance and Tickets progress.
• Network and Equipment Maintenance (Base stations parts - Microwave parts - Routers - Switches).
• B2C and B2B services: Business to consumer and Business to Business services, we are responsible for any B2B and B2C complaints. Either we get a complaint from customer or we monitor a service drop. We will Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve the problem and escalate it to the concerned team if out of our scope.
• Configurations of (Switches - BS - Microwave Links - VLANs).
• Telephony / Technical Support for Customers (B2B - B2C) and our Field operation team.
• Reporting : Daily / Weekly Network Faulty - Daily SLA report - Weekly Perforamance report
Monthly Performance / KPI reports.
• Tickets Escalation Using BMC Remedy.
• Control SLA and KPI as per Customer NMS Contract (ZTE - Motorola - GO).
• Provide Root Cause Analysis for Problematic cases in coordination with Motorola CG - EMS
