• Established and governed the enterprise integration architecture in the Ministry of Civil Service -MCS- towards the ministry vision regarding digital transformation.
• Analyzed and assessed as-is systems integration, different systems functionalities and capabilities, then identified major findings, shortcomings and deviations from best practices, hence established and developed the enterprise integration architecture, adopting SOA best practices.
• Guided and mentored the technical team executing the design and development activities of integration APIs, and successfully led the team to overcome different technical challenges then to meet the delivery date according to a tight schedule.
• Designed and developed the integration layer infrastructure, components, gateways and system interactions all the way to the level of integration services design and development guidance.

• Managed and led a high-performing team towards carrying out the duties and responsibilities of integration unit inside the bank, adopting SOA best practices, and bank standards regarding the quality and efficiency of integration aspects.
• Designated and conserved the integration principals and guidelines throughout the different phases of solutions development, starting from integration architecture, requirement analysis, services design, up to services development.
• Coordinated with different teams in the bank, and boosted the bank vision regarding digital transformation, which led Bank AlBilad to be the first bank in KSA to afford opening digital accounts without visiting the branch. In the same year, the bank is awarded as the best digital bank in KSA in 2018.
• Attained two bank awards for the influential contribution and outstanding performance in two strategic initiatives: Digital transformation program and prepaid payment solutions.
• Effectively contributed in establishing and pioneering the design and guidelines of the first batch of Bank AlBilad Fintech APIs. These APIs are used for remittance services provided by Enjaz, the remittance arm of Bank AlBilad. Open Bank Project and Payment System Directive -PSD2- are used as a guide while designing and developing Bank AlBilad APIs.
• Steadily emerged as a reliable reference for different teams inside the bank, whether architecture team, development, testing, operations, or application support teams.
• Assisted in picking out qualified candidates to join the integration team, that helped in building up an outstanding team, capable of resolving technical challenges and delivering robust solutions within tight schedules.
• led the training and orientation of new team members, from both technical and team spirit perspectives, which helped in getting them coincided and harmonized within the team in a short time. This resulted in outstanding achievement, and impressive team morale.

• Efficiently operated many significant migration and upgrade projects of different bank systems and assessed its impact on integration layer, like Core Banking System -Temenos T24-, Card Management System -FIS Cortex-, Card Issuance and Printing System -Gemalto Dexxis-, and MFA solutions.
• Contributed in analyzing business requirements, identifying the gaps, hence providing a detailed design of new integration services, along with assessing the impact on existing services.
• Developed integration services using IBM WebSphere Message Broker (Business Services Development, EAI Framework Development, enhancement and performance tuning).
• Executed the entire message broker and MQ environment administration, maintenance, upgrade and expansion activities.
• Managed the migration and deployment activities of integration artifacts from environment to another (deployment prerequisites, steps, scripts, validations and rollback plans).

• Participated in Bank Al-Inma integration project, mainly for EAI framework development and adaption, then outsourced to Bank AlBilad as an integration developer.
• Initiated and developed a beta version of a pivotal utility that is still being used until the moment by Ejada, which generates a service consumer interface documents direct from XSDs, using XSLT. This utility saves tons of time generating and formatting consumer interface documents.
• IBM WebSphere Message Broker Development Activities (Business Services Development and EAI Framework Development).
• Design and Development of MQ Triggering Adapter that integrates MQ and Oracle DB (using J2SE and MQ APIs).
• IBM MQ Administration.

• Nominated and promoted to a senior engineer within a short time, due to ownership qualities, team conformity, and delivery quality.
• Development of DU telco web portal which offers value added services for DU customers. The project, also, provides an e-commerce solution which integrates with different backend systems and databases.
• Seriously involved in the software integration process and mechanisms, getting familiar with multi-tier architecture and MVC model.

The project, also, provides an e-commerce solution which integrates with different backend systems and databases. The technologies that were used in this project are: J2EE, Oracle, CMS, LDAP, Hibernate, Spring, and AJAX.

• Contributed in the design and development of main products developed by the company:
- Advanced Hospital Management System, a complete solution for hospital management including patient administration, billing, laboratory analysis and pharmacy management.
- Public Hot Spot Solution, a software solution which provides high speed internet access for hotel guests, organization employees, etc. It also provides bandwidth control, integrated billing system and automatic configuration capabilities.
- Internet Café Management System, a software solution which controls the internet cafes
providing easy, secured and trusted management.
• Participated in standardizing the software development cycle, aligning with company vision.
• Maintained and preserved the best practices in object-oriented methodologies, MVC model, and reusable
components across different projects.
