• Established and governed the enterprise integration architecture in the Ministry of Civil Service -MCS- towards the ministry vision regarding digital transformation.
• Analyzed and assessed as-is systems integration, different systems functionalities and capabilities, then identified major findings, shortcomings and deviations from best practices, hence established and developed the enterprise integration architecture, adopting SOA best practices.
• Guided and mentored the technical team executing the design and development activities of integration APIs, and successfully led the team to overcome different technical challenges then to meet the delivery date according to a tight schedule.
• Designed and developed the integration layer infrastructure, components, gateways and system interactions all the way to the level of integration services design and development guidance.

• Managed and led a high-performing team towards carrying out the duties and responsibilities of integration unit inside the bank, adopting SOA best practices, and bank standards regarding the quality and efficiency of integration aspects.
• Designated and conserved the integration principals and guidelines throughout the different phases of solutions development, starting from integration architecture, requirement analysis, services design, up to services development.
• Coordinated with different teams in the bank, and boosted the bank vision regarding digital transformation, which led Bank AlBilad to be the first bank in KSA to afford opening digital accounts without visiting the branch. In the same year, the bank is awarded as the best digital bank in KSA in 2018.
• Attained two bank awards for the influential contribution and outstanding performance in two strategic initiatives: Digital transformation program and prepaid payment solutions.
• Effectively contributed in establishing and pioneering the design and guidelines of the first batch of Bank AlBilad Fintech APIs. These APIs are used for remittance services provided by Enjaz, the remittance arm of Bank AlBilad. • Initiated and developed a beta version of a pivotal utility that is still being used until the moment by Ejada, which generates a service consumer interface documents direct from XSDs, using XSLT. This utility saves tons of time generating and formatting consumer interface documents.

• Design and Development of MQ Triggering Adapter that integrates MQ and Oracle DB (using J2SE and MQ APIs).
