Preparation and review of company financial statements .Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the ED; administer and review all financial plans and budgets Providing variance analysis and narratives on actual vs. budget revenue and costs Compiling executive information for senior management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analyses and drafting recommendations. Co-ordination with Chief Accountant on Annual Budget preparation and cash flow analysis and business plan preparation. Control the payroll. Creation of full accounting system using MS Office including (Chart of Accounts, Sub ledger, Accounts Transaction, Trading Tracking System, Customers Accounts, Suppliers Accounts, Inventories Tracking System, Fixed Assets Register Plan, organize and manage the operational team to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with our goals and directives Strategic planning and forecasting; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; resolve problems, and address staffing needs.
Address issues that need to be corrected as well as recognizing good performance.
Mentor, train and develop teammates for career progression and learning Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers and negotiate the best deals with them for procuring merchandise Place orders based on the buying plan and ensure merchandise is delivered as per the plan based on the agreed service level agreement Implement financial and credit services agreement with the vendor that maximize profit and positively contribute to cash flow Track the merchandise transportation from supplier to Warehouse to ensure smooth flow of goods Follow the reverse logistics guidelines to send the faulty / damaged goods back to the vendor.
Monitoring All Accounting transaction for update. Supervise and control the customer accounting activities, prepare and maintain reports and statistics.
•Verify the transaction summaries of daily collection and bank cheques and authorizing to do the posting to the appropriate accounts .Preparation of monthly profit and loss statement.
•Coordinating with all the departments for the preparation of the company budgets.
Prepares a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities, reflecting the company’s financial performance for the day.
•Understands principles of auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts.
Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
•Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
•Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
