Preparing monthly and annual reports for the commercial department
Preparing process charts for the commercial department
Monitoring prices, studying the market and following up on the marketing plan
Supervising customer service control, following up on packing, delivery, billing, and the rest of the commercial department’s procedures
Planning production orders according to forecasts and order book
Contribute to the planning of raw materials orders in accordance with the forecasts and practical plans of the commercial department
Supervising the 7 commercial division employees plus 2 potential ones
Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the general objectives of the company
Supervising the implementation of the course of the commercial department and various commercial operations in accordance with the quality system ISO9001 version2008, which I was within the company’s frameworks who contributed to its placement in the company after an effort that lasted nearly a year, as well as the new version 2015.

تخطيط طلبيات الإنتاج و فقا للتنبؤات و دفتر الطلبيات
المساهمة في تخطيط طلبيات المواد الأولية وفقا للتنبؤات و المخططات العملية للقسم التجاري
الإشراف على العاملين في القسم التجاري البالغ عددهم 7 عناصر بالإضافة إلى عنصرين محتملين
المساهمة في صياغة و تنفيذ الأهداف العامة للشركة
الإشراف على تنفيذ مسار القسم التجاري و مختلف العمليات التجارية وفق نظام الجودة ISO9001 version2008 الذي كنت ضمن إطارات الشركة الذين أسهموا في وضعه في الشركة بعد جهد دام مايقارب العام، و كذلك النسخة الجديدة version 2015.
في نهاية التخرج نوقشت في المذكرة التي كان عنوانها " أثر تطبيق إدارة الجودة ضمن متطلبات الأيزو 9001 إصدار 2015 في دعم الجودة في القطاع الصناعي في الجزائر، دراسة حالة الشركة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب"، منحت لي علامة 17.00/20.00
في نهاية التخرج نوقشت في المذكرة التي كان عنوانها إدارة المخاطر المالية في صيغ التمويل الإسلامية برئاسة البروفيسور محمد فرحي، منحت لي علامة 16.16/20.00
