- Handling of foreign currencies for Deposit, Withdrawal, and Transfers such as:
•USD • EURO • GPB
- Knowledge in operation for outward and inward TTs.
- Processing the inward IBQ cheques which related to:
• Cash, Deposit in the account.
- Responsible for processing the transaction in Electronic Cheque Clearing system for the branch.
- Using the CRM system for transferring money locally and international on behalf of a customer.

Working as call center agent in banking sector, and trying to satisfy the customer's needs and wants as much as possible by doing the call center agent tasks which are:
- Answering the customer's enquires.
