Duties:-
- Check all issued RFP’s/RFQ’s from customer side.
- Evaluate opportunities and select which vendors to work with.
- Work with presales and technical team to Prepare proposals.
- Make presentations and demo’s for clients.
- Make agreements between ALkan and new vendors.
- Help some customers to in issuing the RFP to ensure high match with our technical specifications.
- Responsible for all sales cycle and bidding process till PO issuing.
Selling the following:-
- Test and measurement units for wireless and optical fiber.
- Optical Fiber cables, accessories and passive items.
- Voice and Video conference solutions.
- Surveillance solutions.
- Revenue assurance Fraud management solutions in telecom.
- CRM and Billing solutions.
Unicom is a Saudi system integrator and its HQ in Riyadh-KSA.
Duties:-
- Work as an account manager for governmental key accounts.
- Promote Unicom products to clients in Egyptian governmental sectors.
- Get security approvals and licenses from Regulatory Authority.
Selling the following:-
- IP cameras and surveillance solutions.
- Firewalls and antivirus/ Malware Protection solutions for enterprise.
- Enterprise switches and POE switches.
- Enterprise PBX telephone system.
Duties:-
- Act as a product manager of transmission and network products and solution to operators and Enterprise customers over MENA region.
- Make presentations for the customer contains Huawei products and solutions.
- Deliver technical training to all of our Customers in Middle East and North Africa Region.
- Support Marketing and sales teams and presents our technical solution to the customer.
- Work on SDH/ WDM Huawei transmission products
- Integrate network products with network security team.
Worked for Etisalat - Huawei Cairo Core network.
Duties
- Responsible for operation and maintenance for Etisalat core network and handling all alarms that can be occurred within shift working hours in transmission and core network.
- Acceptance for any new installation including (BSC-RNC-transmission nodes)
- Swap projects within scope of transmission equipments and configure these new installations.
