Location: Alexandria, Egypt. Date: October 2015 - Present. Position: Senior Drilling and Workover Supervisor. Worksite: Working in offshore, Subsea and Land locations. Both Gas and Oil Field Experience. Worked at Jack-up, drillship and land rigs.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage the well site organization (WSDE, drilling contractors, sub-contractors and service Companies); in order to deliver wells in the most efficient manner.
• Manage the execution of the operations carried out by the rig, following the drilling or completion program according to organization and well engineering standards.
• Deal with kick and loss situation.
• Deal with well killing by driller, W&W, volumetric, lubrication and bleed and bullheading methods.
• Ensures well control event preparedness (SCRs, Leak off Tests, BOP Tests, kick sheets, shut in procedure etc.).
• Work with problems as well control / complete loss / stuck pipe / fishing / side tracking…etc.
• Ensures stuck pipe event preparedness (Drillers first actions, maximum allowable over pull, fishing equipment etc.)
• Attending the rig floor to supervise critical activities like cementing, and testing casing; flow checks, and while pulling through open holes etc.
• Data base analysis and monitor well cost.
• Prepares lookahead document for next operations.
• Maintain accurate equipment/materials inventories.
• Improving time and cost performance in company operations.
• Running and cementing all casing and liner sizes.
• Run Oil & Gas completion, perforation, well testing, and squeeze cementing.
• Planning wells (vertical, deviated, and horizontal) shallow and deep wells for water injector, oil producer and gas producer, development and exploration wells.
• Monitor BHA design and performance, mud engineering, casing running.
• Evaluate, analyze and recommend good practices and procedures during the drilling, workover, completion and wire line activities in order to ensure optimal operations performance and contribute to the improvement of the work process and technology applications.
• Follow up rig operations with senior well engineer.
• Implement and control HSSE rules and requirements within the area of responsibility.
• Experienced in both lower and upper completion for Offshore Gas Wells for both Subsea and Dry tree applications.
• Execute programs for Rig operations like TCP-DST, Cased Hole Gravel Packs, Frac Packs, E-Line Correlations, surface and downhole testing, single and dual completions.
• Perform programs for all kinds of rigless operations like Coiled Tubing stimulation, milling, sand clean out.
• All Slickline operations opening and closing producing zones, correlating depths accurately, memory gauges, and braided line fishing.
• Digital slickline and E-Line Operations like perforations, bridge plugs and cement plugs.
• Estimate Rig/Rigless Operations costs on a daily basis and cost break down.
• Produce accurate and complex spreadsheets for tracking financial and commercial operations.
• Supervises all Well Integrity-related activities during the drilling and completion phase. Key achievements and projects:
• Orchestrated efficient collaboration among well site organization stakeholders, drilling contractors, sub-contractors, and service companies, resulting in streamlined well delivery, accelerated project timeline by 15%, and generated cost savings of $460k.
Worksite: Offshore and Land locations and I worked for Field Operations Only. Responsibilities
• Supervises all kinds of Coiled Tubing Jobs like stimulation, sand clean out, Post Frac jobs, Milling, etc.
• Perform Preventive and corrective maintenance for Coiled Tubing, Fluid Pumping and Nitrogen Pumping equipment.
• Effectively manage to perform many successful jobs with minimal loss time.
• Prepare and sign field service tickets for the performed jobs. Achievements and projects
• Promoted from a trainee Field Engineer to a Field Engineer and acted in the supervisory level in just 6 months from the hiring day.
