Handling ITSM processes ( service requests, Incidents, Change management, CMDB, SLA, etc.. ) using ServiceNow.
Collaborating with regional demand manager to improve the demand lifecycle management with the collaboration of global IT.
Managing DR Drills for Tier 1 applications.
Working with infra operation manager to deliver the service improvement project. Working with demand manager on weekly and monthly project reporting to ensure clear visibility, to be shared with L’Oréal stakeholders and managing the risks properly.
Driving project feedback satisfaction rate improvement.
Collaborating with infrastructure enterprise and network teams (within some other global managed service line owner), to manage user escalation and to expedite the issues during the project phase.
