I am a teacher in the most prestigious public schools in Egypt. Assuit STEM School. My students study C1 level with a lot of advanced academic reading and writing texts. Students also study original versions of literature in addition to topics and essays related to sciences and technology. I am also the school counselor. I help the students in how to apply and get scholarships from international universities. I organize events in which we invite speakers from international organizations such as Amideast to talk to the students about scholarships.
Teaching Arabic as a second language, developing the Arabic curriculum for levels 1 and 2, grading and assessing students in the Arabic course, and creating and delivering outreaches about Arabic as a language and culture. My objective was to get the students and their parents to know about Arabic as a language and the Egyptian culture.
Here I worked as an English as a second language teacher and a teachers trainer. I was the director of the training unit which is responsible for delivering the teacher training for all teachers at school. I got an honor for being a creative teacher in using technology in teaching.
I taught English as a second language at the school for all grades. I also was responsible for the broadcasting program in English and the English club at school. In the school I got an honor for using songs in teaching the first grade students. As a senior teacher I was also working as a school supervisor for the English language teachers. We were a team of four and could get our kids to the level of the middle schools in national wide scale level.
The International Education Management program is a joint venture of the Ludwigsburg University of Education, Germany, and the Helwan University, Cairo, Egypt. It is designed to provide and develop managerial and leadership skills as well as competencies for cross-cultural challenges in education management and for international reform processes in education. The program is accredited in Germany as well as in Egypt. Graduates receive a joint master's degree. In view of the international orientation of the program, courses are tailored to the globalization of markets and the needs of the participating students. The program aims to provide competencies for taking leadership positions in organizations in the educational realm. It also aims to equip participants with the tools necessary to deal with cross-cultural challenges in the field of international education management. It covers strategies and operational know-how to realize visions and abilities needed to lead teams and staff to specific goals and organizational development. It enables participants to take responsibility, to adopt innovative ideas for modern education processes, set up strategies and structures as well as implement quality development.

CELTA is great for recent graduates, people who are changing career, or teachers who want to gain a formal qualification and may want to progress to qualifications such as Delta. CELTA is at Foundation to Developing stages on the Cambridge English Teaching Framework
This is an international teaching certificate which is equal to CELTA course. The course focuses on the international recent aspects of teaching English as a second language.
The courses during this year were mostly in English and focused on the psychology of the kids with disabilities. This year is considered and telemetry level for the master degree studying.
During this year, the courses were all focusing on the dealing with the children with debilitates and their psychology. I had to attend on site practice teaching sessions. I taught at all kinds of the disabilities schools; " the school of the blind" "The school of the deaf and dump students" and the school of the kids with mental disabilities" Each one in a term.
From the1996 till 2000. I was learning about the recent methods of teaching. Technology was one of my courses every year. The main courses were about the English language literature and linguistics.
