-Responsible for monitoring and processing all functions of payroll for the whole company
- Responsible for the preparing of Monthly salaries (including time sheets, deductions, warnings etc.).
- Preparation of EOS settlements along with all required documentation.
- Process timesheets, and leave of absences for employees.
- Calculate taxes and prepare tax forms based on the regulations.
- Ensure that payroll processing is in compliance with local laws.
- Calculate wages for overtime earnings and process vacation deductions.
- Performance Evaluation on case by case basis.
- Prepare & post monthly medical insurance report and make sure it is the same with medical ins. Company.
- Make & amortize monthly Social ins. Report for all employees with all remarks.
- Update master file for all employees with all transfers, vacations, EOS, New employees and division the cost
Under the correct cost center.
- Make overtimes for employees and refund deductions after study.
- Support in other H.R fields.
• HR & Payroll Accountant Tasks:
- Responsible for the preparing of Monthly salaries (including time sheets, deductions, warnings etc.).
- Preparation of Vacations & EOS settlements along with all required documentation.
- Performance Evaluation on case by case basis.
- Processing Loan & Housing Allowance Advance Requests & Monthly Budget.
- Posting monthly salaries with make sure update all under the correct cost center.
- Prepare & post monthly medical insurance report and make sure it is the same with medical ins. Company
(With update any add, remove, upgrade, Refund) also division the cost under the correct cost center.
- Make & amortize monthly GOSI report for Saudis and other Employees with all remarks (add, remove) also division cost und the correct cost center.
- Update master file for all employees with all transfers, vacations, EOS, New employees and division the cost under the correct cost center.
- Make overtimes for employees and refund deductions after study
- Revision & amortize the housing Advance for employee.
• Admin Tasks:
- Responsible for request and make sure for Transfers Employees between shops.
- Revision and study Responsibilities for Employees and make reports with remarks
- Make sure All Papers Archiving in files for Employees.
- Assurance of making Contracts, Medical Ins. and GOSI for all Employees.
- Planning of vacations for All Employees and assuring that all employees will go for vac. in their due times.
- Receive, Study and found solutions for Employees issues and their requests.
- Make Monthly reports about medical INS. And GOSI with how should add and remove.
- Request visa RE-entry for all employees with make sure everything is right
- Search for best of tickets for Employees.
- Closely manage the external audit process, from planning to execution
- Oversee the work of junior staff members.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Leading a team whilst on site at clients’ premises.
- Providing an Opinion on Financial Statements.
- Preparation of the correct financial statements and appropriate disclosures.
