Ensure each project is following approved Quality Plans.
Reviews QA/QC Procedures and document control as submitted by the consultants and
contractors and ensures implementation is in compliance with Contracts requirements.
Develop Quality Control procedures and forms in compliance with the existing market standards
and local regulations.
Attends activities on site and ensure their compliance with QA/QC procedures
Monitors Quality Management Plan implementation through Quality Control procedures and
report findings to the Client.
Monitors Non Compliance issues and safeguard the proper and on time mitigating actions for
these.
Liaison with the appropriate departments for issues interrelating with the Quality of the work.
Interact with the client’s quality assurance department.
Maintain all contractual turnover documents and ensure that they are up to date and meet all
requirements.
Manage, administer and maintain records of project wide quality systems implementation.
Perform as coordinator and facilitator to ensure Consultants and Contractors implement their
quality systems in accordance with the project QA/QC contracts requirements and specifications.
Ensure the effectiveness of the Client agreed Project Procedures to the client’s satisfaction.
To report any Quality issues that might have a counter effect on time or cost of the project on
timely manner.
Participates in reviewing Close-Out Report as submitted by Contractors.

Duties and Responsibilities:-
* Represents the company regarding all matters of quality.
* Manages and updating the Company Management Manual.
* Co-ordinates the definition and distribution of Company Procedures.
* Plans and supervises Quality System Audits and evaluates any necessary corrective actions.
* Provides necessary assistance and technical expertise to other Company Units and to projects
concerning matters of quality.
* Evaluates the Quality Systems of suppliers and sub-contractors during the pre-qualification phase.
* Allocates Quality personnel to various duties and/or projects.
* Leases with the authorized Company Quality System certification body.
* Trains all personnel about Quality System issues management, methodologies, and implements
the necessary training Programs for Quality personnel.
* Plans and assesses project audit results and analyses of non-conformity.
* Assists the Proposal Manager during bidding phase.
* Assists the Project Managers during project execution phase.
* Ensures that analysis of data coming from projects are forwarded to corporate level.
* Interfaces with Company representative of Risk and knowledge Management.
* Manages Company document system ensuring its maintenance and updating, cooperating with
different company functions.
Coordinating in Plan of the Quality and Construction activities as per Base Line Schedule.
* Quality Assurance & Quality Control at Site.
* Control of Non-Conforming Items and Client CRs and NCRs.
* Coordination with Surveyors in execution of the coordinates at site.
* Monitoring & advising the quality personnel and site staff to execute the site activities as per
Approved Method Statement, Inspection & Test Plan, Specifications and base line schedule to
Ensure timely completion of the project.
* Coordinate with BACS/RMTC in Quality Patrol.
* Data analysis of the Quality issues to identify areas for the improvement.
* Ensuring implementation of the QMS for site works.

Check and ensure that the work done is as per Project Specification, Method Statement and as
Per Approved shop drawings.
* Ensure that all approved and inspected materials are used.
* Make internal inspection and after verifying the work done, raise Inspection Request for BACS
Inspection.
* Preparing MST, ITP & CWP.

* Raise NCR and initiate corrective action if the work done is not as per Specification, Method
Statement or as per approved shop drawing.

* Work in lab: inspection on quality control tests for soil and asphalt and concrete.
* Preparation bill of quantities.
Teaching these subjects: Static, math (4), lab for soil mechanics (1, 2), hydraulics (1, 2), steel
Structures design, foundation design & computer application in civil engineering.
