as senior field operator in LDPE plant BASF technology, tubular reactor, high pressure plant.
(From 08/09/2013 till now).
Job description.
• Dealing with Hyper compressor, booster primary compressor, and peroxide high pressure dosing pumps, dryer, blowers, silos, and Extruder.
• Safe handling, mixing, unloading, injection of organic peroxides and solvent
• Monitoring the water treatment program for hot water, machine water, transportation water.
• To carry out plant activities as per standard operating instructions and recording data related to process and machines at defined intervals.
• Monitors filed equipment’s and detects abnormal operating conditions and take action upon the situation and reporting them to the superiors.
• Prepare the equipment for handover to maintenance and then take it back in service in a safe, efficient and environmentally ok.
• Follow PTW system with dealing any activity inside the filed.
• Attending all process safety reviews like JSA, PSSR, JRA, LMRA as necessary and making sure that all agreed recommendations are adhered to.
• Prepare TPI (task based instruction) to be follow with any critical activity and non-routine jobs in the field.
• Work under LT&T (lock out, tag out and try out) program.
• Involved in ERT (Emergency response team) to handle any emergency such as fire, heavy gas leakage, in all complex.
Participate in the following:
- General shutdown 2015
- TA 2018, TA 2019 Extruder Troubleshooting.
- Troubleshooting of reactor repeated decomposition.
- Troubleshooting of conveying blowers repeated trips.
- Troubleshooting of rotary, degassing trips.
• TCI Sanmar for chemical and petrochemical as field operator in VCM plant (from 28/8/2009 to 01/09/2013).
Job description.
1-Field operator in vent scrubber, waste water treatment, EDC washing, LE column, steam and condensate net work. (From 28/9/2010 to 30/03/2011)
2- Field operator in Recycle EDC column, HCL column, VCM column, VCM stripping column, and chlorinator. (From 01/09/2013).

- Chemical analysis on Mobile lab for process water and preparing online report for company and client, gave a recommendations for client upon the analysis result.
- Collecting sample for biological tests
