General scope:
o Ensure the availability and consistency of necessary information within different stages of the projects as required.
o Ensure the availability of hardware required to deploy the targeted projects.
o Follow up on project deployment in the field with all stakeholders.
o Elaborate ideas and tools that support the business team to get the utmost return from deploying systems.
o Assessingtestsandimplementingneworupgradedfunctionalitiesandassistingwithnewsolutionsmayrequirebythe
affiliate.
Retail Point Of Sale project (OASIS):
o Support the SIS project manager during all project phases to ensure all stakeholders will meet the deadlines.
o Ensure and manage logistically, hardware distribution into sites, like POS and associated peripherals.
o Managing users’ creation, roles, and manage authorizations.
o Ensure the solutions in production will meet all business requirements and expectations.
o Helpingdevelopreports, analyses, anddashboards.
o Supporting key users and end users to increase maturity level and in case of troubleshooting with support of technical
support and ensure issues will be solved within SLA.
o Providing technical expertise to support SFS more specifically in master data finetuning, promotions and reporting.
o Convey the best practice and system guidelines to all users to ensure the best and most efficient performance.
Fuel management system:
o Follow up troubleshooting with sites, and maintenance and technical support company to ensure all equipment failure, and
technical issues will be solved, thanks to the weekly incidents report.
o Coordinate and support COCO management to prepare “Wet stock management business review”.
o Conduct reports, and KPIs frequently to the management to follow up on the project progress.
o Follow up EGPC project deployment and integration with TOTAL systems for the best benefit and integration. Fuel card integration system:
o Follow up integration plan with all stakeholders in best seller sites to ensure secured Tomcard transactions. o Follow up with all concerned parties to ensure all technical issues will be managed on time.
Dashboard:
o Enhance visibility of business performance by visualizing business results thanks to the Power-BI tool.
o Train concerned key users to update data frequently, ideally on a monthly basis.
Main Responsibilities:
o Plan manufacturing, delivery schedules and purchasing activities.
o Analyze requirements and place purchase orders.
o Follow up on the weekly plans that will be the reference of the monthly S&OP.
o Daily monitoring of production output versus stock levels, Customer demand and production schedules. o Modify the production plan and communicate with the involved parties.
o Prepares all kinds of needed reports.
Main Responsibilities:
o The efficiency of the PBX system. o Maintenance of technical faults. o Install new telephone lines.
o Department management.
