1- Senior Accountant in our Jeddah & Riyadh offices, I was acting as a Regional Accountant, responsible for the Cash, Treasury, Invoicing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Bank Reconciliation and also conducting Audits in our Central warehouses and our Locations (
2010-2012) .
2- Responsible for the Insurance file in the Head office (Dammam), I was handling the Medical File with our Contracted Service Providers ( Al-Sagr
Cooperative Insurance, Saudi Next Care, Bupa), Life Insurance with our Contracted Service Providers ( Med gulf, Aleco, Oman Life Insurance, Emirates Life Insurance)and also the General insurance (Property, Machinery& Heavy
Equipment, Money, Vehicles ) I was responsible with my Colleague for Reading the policies & contacting with the Insurer for the Addition &
Deletion & filing the issues to the insurer (2011-2013).
3- Responsible for the controlling Of the Prepaid, Accruals, Trial Balance sharing with the Chief Accountant (2013 Till 2015).
4- Acting as Financial officer for For RIYADH Region From Feb-2015 till Present.
The Achievements :
1- Responsible for the Collection of our KEY Clients, such as SAUDI RAILWAY Company, ARASCO, FAST METRO ALLIANCE,
Petrojet, CROWN PLAZA HOTEL, THYSEENKRUP, RYIADH CEMENT
YAMMAM CEMENT, UKMODA, SAUDI CERAMIC, Petrojet, Sinopec, Madaan Gold, etc...
2- We could Manage to collect the long overdue outstanding invoices.
3- We are responsible for reconciling with our Suppliers.
4- We are responsible for the Client’s meeting in the Riyadh region, representing our Finance Manager.
5- We had managed the final audit of our FM Sector prior to closing, we managed to collect all of our client’s dues, with zero balance.
6-Responsible for Uploading Tender in the Saudi Govermental Portal ETIMAD.
7-Handling the Client's Portal for Uploading the E-invoices & Reconciliation ( Saudi Railway- Huawei- Dell-Phizer- Schlumberger).
8- Handling the Auditing requirments during the year end closing .
9- Collection of the Bad Debts & deep chasing for the longoutstanding.
10-Translating the documents need to be addressed to our Arabic clients.
11- Responsible for the Rent file in Riyadh region & controling the Electronic agreement on EJAR Portal.
From Aug-2008 Till July-2010 I was working in Tie-Tec Construction Company ) acting as General Accountant, I was responsible of Making the GL Entries & Bank Reconciliation & Account Receivable& Payable Reconciliation, Controlling the Cash with the Treasurer & Preparing the Trail Balance
After Graduation Till Aug-2008, I worked in (Mohamed Ali Sloiman ) certified accountant office - registered on registration accountant & auditors no. 163 My Designation Was as( Auditor under training), I was doing the Audit Work with my Team controlled by our senior in Many Companies, we were controlling the Trial Balance, Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable & Payables and reporting to our Senior .
