Projects Scope of work:
- Full Package (from Construction to the finishing + Handing Over) of 6 Building:
1- Main Hospital Building (7 Floors Podium + 4 Towers Till 14th)
2- Dental Building
3- Two car parks
4- Regional Health Administration Building
5- Central Utility Plant
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Studying Specifications + preparing submittals Logs.
• Designing the Logistic plan.
• Monitoring Excavation works as completed.
• Locating Tower Crain’s & studding the ways of installations & Dismantling.
• Redesign of the site offices and Owner Consultant Offices.
• Provides solutions for the problem that may encounter during execution of work.
• Preparing Daily reports and submitting to the project manager.
• Preparation and supervision of the program of the Project.
• Studying the specialized areas and coordinate it with the specialized consultant.
• Studying all the cores cases (Shafts + Stair Cases) to order the shutter needed.
• Revising the sequence of installation with the precast company.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Coordinate between the Owner & Main Contractor and Sub Contractors.
• Preparing reports as required.

- Quoting & Pricing projects + Supplying and installations work for Civil & Finishing items:
- Concrete bases - columns - ceiling - Steel frames
- Gypsum Board works (Ceilings - Partitions - Wall Cladding)
- Acoustical Ceiling Tiles - Metal Ceiling Tiles
- Acoustical Wall Panels - GRG Ceilings
- Glass Blocks Works - Toilets Compartments
- Paintings (Gypsum Board Ceilings - Partitions - Walls - GRG)
- Ceramic & Marble Tiles Installation ... etc
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Studying Specifications & Preparing Quotations
• Posting, Tracking and managing change orders
• Monitoring as-built as work is completed.
• Documenting project issues/conditions & Manage project library.
• Determining the productivity of manpower as per work requirement.
• Provides solutions for the problem that may encounter during execution of work
• Preparing Daily reports and submitting to the project manager.
• Co-ordination of the activities of the parties.
• Preparation and supervision of the program of the Project.
• Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors and crafts people.
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site;
• checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Coordinate between the Owner & Main Contractor and Sub Contractors.
• Responsible for Co-ordinate between all civil m Mechanical & Electrical Works on drawings and
Site.
• Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect;
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Preparing reports as required.
• Resolving unexpected technical difficulties.
• Developing and Handling the Company Prequalification Documents, to ensure and enhance representing of the company.
• Designing Different Kinds of Projects (Residential - Commercial - Private)
• Making the 3D Perspectives for Internal and External Zones
• Working on Resorts Landscaping.
• Projects budget pricing.
• Provides reporting of potential cost / schedule.
• Follow up the projects on site.
• Studying tenders which include all kinds of finishing works.
• Responsible for the quality of materials used in site & all materials submitted to the ministry.
• Following the store reports for materials arrived to site and stock with quality control.
• Coordinate between the Owner & Main Contractor and Sub Contractors.
• Prepare the invoice for the civil works.
• Prepare Shop drawings & Details required from the Owner & prepare the monthly reports.
• Arrange all the civil & Architect works of the company.
• Designing Private Projects (Commercial - Villas).
• Making the 3D Perspectives for Internal and External Zones.
• Meeting the customers and ensure to make their ideas in their designs.
• Studding Specifications for different materials and get price offers for it.
• Follow up the projects on site.
