In addition to drafting and reviewing contracts related to Doha bank's business and transactions. Following legislative developments make sure that Doha Bank's practice is complying with legal framework of state of Qatar, and modifying the business unit's documents according to that. In addition, to follow legislative developments and modifying the business units documents in accordance to that. In mean time co-ordinate and follow up with outsource law firms that represents Doha Bank In any legal conflict.
